Monument for the National Assembly Jubilee

The noted monument stone was supposed to be erected as a monument to the National Assembly Jubilee. However, the carving of the text on the stone was inadequately done, and the monument was therefore not erected. After several rounds among those involved, it was decided that the monument stone should be donated to the art project in the Government Quarter, with the requirement that the text be facing downwards and not visible.
