Margareta Church

The stone comes from the outer cladding of the foundation wall, which was restored in 2025 in connection with the church’s 100th anniversary.

Margareta Church, the Swedish Church in Oslo, is located on Hammersborghøyden and is next to the former Deichman Library and the new Government Quarter. During the terrorist bombing in 2011, all the stained glass windows in the church were shattered.
